Meet Teddy

Teddy Shonka, an Iowa native is currently ranked in the top 1% of all realtors in Arizona, has grossed more than $75,000,000 in sales. Since 2012, Teddy has helped buyers, sellers, and investors in every price point, all over Arizona. He has helped dozens of Iowans purchase and sell homes in Arizona over the past 11 years.

Teddy currently hangs his license with Arizona's #1 real estate brokerage which year over year ranks in the top 10 brokerages for sales volume and units sold in the United States.

Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa but attended South Dakota State University on a football scholarship and graduated with degrees in Health Science, Business Economics, and Spanish. Teddy enjoys golfing, wood working/DIY projects, wine tasting with his wife, and spending time with his son(Teddy Jr.) and dog(Bear) at their cabin in Pinetop.
